About Greater El Monte Community Hospital
Serving our Community for over 40 Years
For more than 40 years, Greater El Monte Community Hospital has been serving
the south El Monte community. Our 117-bed facility is fully accredited
by the Joint Commission and we are American Heart Association Certified.
We are an approved provider for Medi-Cal and Medicare programs. We are
one of the few hospitals who have met the high standards of the California
Health and Human Services Agency Hospital Relicensing Survey (GACHRLS).
Our wide range of services includes critical care, emergency care, diagnostic
services, surgery, labor and delivery, and rehabilitation. Overseeing
these services is a team of highly trained and qualified physicians, nurses,
and other medical staff who are dedicated to effective treatment and quality
healthcare. Conveniently located between the 10 and 60 freeways, we are
able to provide a variety of quality healthcare services to patients in
this ever-growing community, and we are an approved provider of Medi-Cal
and Medicare programs.
